" I recently began training with Kelly, and my stamina and endurance have already begun to adapt and change to what I wanted to attain.  I asked Kelly to specifically help me with endurance so that I may participate in those 'fun runs' such as Spartan Races, 5ks, 10ks, and Dualathons (biking and running races).  I didn't want to lose a whole lot of weight, or become a bulky bodybuilder.  She listened to my goals and my reasoning for wanting her help in training.  I wanted to become an athlete!  I wanted to be able to play volleyball, my favorite sport, and have an exuberant amount of energy throughout multiple games.  She also understood my difficulty scheduling time to exercise, being that I work two jobs and go to school full-time.  I committed to three days of training a week.  She made it fun and, most importantly, do-able!  I wasn't discouraged after the first or second gym session as other personal trainers have made me.  I was motivated and quite frankly, felt very 'bad ass'!


Since beginning training with Kelly, I have conquered my first 5k
and, once finished, immediately signed up for a 10k!  Before that, I would have never dreamed that I could pass a finish line and still have energy to continue running more.  That is what I experienced when I passed the finish line for my 5k.  I was astounded with what my body was capable of.  I never used to be a cardio person, but now, with the personalized training that Kelly set up for me, I was able to confidently sign up for my first 10k.  With it less than 2 weeks away, I can tell you that with all honesty, that I am more excited than anxious!  I believe that with the training that she has set up, I am more than prepared.

When you are given attainable challenges, like Kelly does for me, it is invigorating.  You feel like you can conquer anything.  And when you begin to notice physical changes on your body, as well as internal energy and satisfaction, it becomes addicting.  If I have found time to incorporate her personal training program into my weekly routine, trust me, anyone can."

Kelly is an amazing Personal Trainer.  I have had 12 sessions so far, lost 10 pounds, and my body is slowly changing.  I have become stronger mentally and physically.  Kelly provided me with a meal plan and completely changed my eating habits to better options, including some vegan meals.  She has created a meal plan exactly meant for MY body, and a work out routine for MY body as well.  She is there to support here clients night and day being their number one fan.  This personal training experience is amazing and I cannot wait to continue on with my next round of sessions.  I wouldn't have been able to do this without the help from [Kelly].  I am so happy to continue on with my journey.  Slow and steady wins the race."
